About the Author

Suzanne is owner of Crocus Coaching and Development, a consultancy specialising in helping organisations and people to explore and achieve their full potential through leadership & management development programmes. She is highly valued with a strong track record for being people focused when working with groups and individuals ranging from apprentices to CEOs. Suzanne developed her management and training skills with Barclays Bank Plc before moving to Telecommunications where she initially worked within Customer Operations before returning to the Learning and Development arena. She successfully moved into consultancy in 2012, providing coaching, learning and development solutions to a wide range of clients.
