Margaret is an enthusiast for facilitating personal development and change. She specialises in designing and facilitating management and leadership development programmes that equip people managers with the skills to lead and inspire their teams to develop their potential.
She has over ten years’ hands-on experience of people management, initially in the retail sales sector and subsequently in corporate training. Operating as a consultant, facilitator and coach over recent years, she has designed, implemented and managed organisational development and training programmes for numerous public sector and blue chip organisations across a range of industries including technology, publishing, professional and financial services, automotive, retail and contact centres.
Margaret is an accredited coach, SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) facilitator and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified.
