Mentoring

Mentoring  “..off-line help from one person to another in making significant transitions in knowledge, work or thinking” – Megginson & Clutterbuck

Mentors are usually experts within particular fields who will share experience, open doors and widen the individual’s networks.

What direction is your career progressing in?

How in control are you of your life?

Where are you heading and how are you going to get there?

What is your vision and what do you need to do to achieve your goals?

Mentoring allows you to focus on how you can forward your career and life, overcoming challenges and issues along the way. A mentor can provide guidance, support and space for you to think. They will be there to reflect on your actions and celebrate your success.

In mentoring, the relationship between mentor and mentee is all-important.
